THE VOW XR BATTERY CASING IS INTENDED TO BE USED ALONGSIDE THE FLOAT LIFES BILLETPROOF LID, GO SUPPORT TFL

The VOW XR Battery Casing is designed around 18s2p 21700 staggered battery builds.

The Casing is fully printed out of Bambu Lab PAHT-CF, or High Temperature Nylon Carbon Fiber. This is an exceptionally durable plastic with strength properties that up to double standard printing plastics, and a heat resistance of up to 200°C.

The Casing is designed to work with the TFL Billetproof lid, for its excellent strength properties and thin design.

The internal height is 43mm, matching a 40mm tall staggered 21700 pack, with an extra millimetre underneath for foam padding, and two millimetres on top for Balance Wiring and the Billetproof lids foam. 

The casing uses M3 heat pressed inserts and 10mm M3 torx bolts to secure the lid, and M3 nyloc nuts for the tail side bolts.

The output is sized for an M20 cable gland, one of which comes included.

The LED window is made of sheet PETG and attached with double sided gel tape.

This casing is designed to be compatible with modified and spacer extended XR rear bumpers such as BANG's or Badger. The bumper modification guide is in the general system guide document. 

It should be compatible with a stock torque bumper, yet to be tested.
